Anna is the founder of Inari Collective and is passionate about wellbeing and social justice. She has a degree in media education, pedagogy and counselling. She has been helping individuals (social entrepreneurs, charity leaders, as well as private business owners) in all aspects of developing their ideas (i.e. design, evaluate and diversify impact, products and services). She has experience in designing, managing and delivering impact projects, and she specialises in: • business consultancy: market research/analysis, business planning, cashflow forecasting, diversifying income streams, branding and marketing • business coaching: leadership skills, managing change, CPD direction, career progression • strategic direction, culture change • researching and developing values Anna is also a keen creative. She has produced and co-produced a number of innovative, creative events such as 'Where Art Meets Nature' interactive summer youth club, Fashion and Theatre performance at The Stables Cromarty, The Village Inverness Fashion Show and Dance Festival. She conducted a creative market research in the local high school with a focus group of 20 teenagers, which informed a formation of a local youth hub. ​ She is a volunteer counsellor using creative tools and innovative approaches in supporting clients on their path of self-discovery and self-awareness.
Founder of Beyond Giving, The Greenhouse and The Village, David has extensive knowledge and experience working within faith based projects and Social Enterprises. Beyond Giving supports churches, charities, social enterprises and community groups find the best income generation, digital giving and fundraising solutions, helping organisations achieve financial sustainability through exploring new income generation ideas and the accessing of grants and funding. Of his work, one client recently wrote: 'In addition to David's commitment to professional integrity and ethics, my experience of working with him has allowed me to value his entrepreneurial skillset. Co Founder of Social Shifters, David has a passion for social and environmental causes and working with the next generation of conscious leaders, impact innovators and social entrepreneurs at the epicentre of 'the Social Shift'. Social Shifters is a Glasgow-based charity working globally to support young social entrepreneurs and impact driven orgs around the world. Through a bespoke community-learning platform, unique development experiences and seed funding awards - Social Shifters is supporting an international community of young people to build confidence, develop skills and create connections through social entrepreneurship. David values his position on the Board of Trustees at Articulate Cultural Trust - a charity that supports arts access and participation by children, young people and adults who are least likely to engage in creative activity, or who face significant barriers to taking part. Holding a PhD in 'Digital Product Design & Management in the Third Sector', David enjoys regular contribution to UG and PG programmes in digital design, project management, marketing and business fields at a range of academic institutions in the UK and Europe. David is grateful to have had the opportunity to travel the world working across private, public and third sectors as a senior leader of marketing and digital teams - blending the creative and the technical to deliver award-winning products and services.
Emma's background is in research, business support, project and events management, as well as training development and delivery. Emma is a business advisor working with social enterprises at Firstport and through the Scottish Government funded Just Enterprise programme. Prior to that, Emma worked with Glasgow-based charity TRC, developing and managing training programmes for professionals in the television and digital sectors. Her event management experience included five years as the Festival Coordinator of the biennial visual arts festival Glasgow International, working at international art fairs, and evaluating programmes. Emma’s research experience spans academia and industry and she has a Ph.D. in Management from the University of St Andrews which was supported by Dundee Contemporary Arts and Creative Scotland. She also holds postgraduate qualifications in ‘Managing in the Creative Industries’ and ‘Career Guidance and Development’. In her consultancy work, she has been able to support organisations from a range of sectors to achieve their ambitions, she did this in roles with Scottish Contemporary Arts Network, BOP Consulting, and Vis-à -vis Agency.
Sara grew up in Ecuador to an Ecuadorian mother and Scottish father (she is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English). She grew up around charity work: (women’s prison support work, food kitchen, children living on the street). Sara is very passionate about impactful work! She has a First-Class Honours Business degree in Management Science and Economics at the University of Strathclyde. She has been working in funding, assessment and resource mobilization since 2018. She has worked assessing with various funders, £300K Strathclyde Alumni Fund, £500K social entrepreneurs fund, £20M COVID emergency fund, £28M fund tackling gender based violence, £1M fund for people facing income inequality and a £16M fund for Children and Young People . She has worked in funding and reporting as well as business development. She secured £382.8K in funding in 9 months. She tracked budgeting and reported back to funders and developed evaluation processes, outcomes, indicators and tracking processes. Sara has an extensive experience providing business support and advice ranging from early stage business/charity set up to long term sustainability and financial strategies.
